2. Description of Service

Guess The Charge is an entertainment game where users view publicly available mugshots and attempt to guess the associated criminal charge. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

• All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
• We do not verify the current legal status of any individual whose mugshot appears on the Service.
• If you believe your mugshot has been displayed in error, please contact us.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding public record mugshots), is owned by US Support LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
